These terms explain the rules for using Ytmp4. Please read them before you save a video.
Accepting these terms
By using Ytmp4 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
>What Ytmp4 is
Ytmp4 is a free online tool that lets you save YouTube videos as MP4 video files or MP3 audio files in your browser. We do not host videos ourselves; the download options are looked up on request from the link you provide.
>Personal use only
You may use Ytmp4 for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, rent or resell the service, or files made with it, to others.
>Your responsibility for copyright
Most videos on YouTube are protected by copyright. Only save content you own, content you have permission to save, or content that is clearly offered for free use. You are responsible for following copyright law and YouTube's own terms when you use Ytmp4.
>Things you must not do
When you use Ytmp4, you agree not to:
- use it for illegal content or to break anyone's rights;
- scrape the service or send automated requests to it;
- try to harm, overload or break into the site or its servers;
- hide or remove copyright notices from files you save.
Real limits
Ytmp4 is a simple tool with honest limits:
- video as MP4 up to 1080p, audio as MP3 at 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps;
- download links expire after a few hours;
- public videos only; private, removed or blocked videos cannot be saved;
- the service may change, pause or be unavailable at times without notice.
No connection to YouTube or Google
Ytmp4 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
>No warranty
Ytmp4 is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.
>Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Ytmp4 is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the service or from not being able to use it, including lost data or files, or for how you use the files you save.
>Copyright complaints
If you believe Ytmp4 is being used to copy your work without permission, send the video link and the details of your claim to contact@ytmp4.mom. We review every complaint and act quickly. There is no separate DMCA page; this address is the right place.
>Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Ytmp4 after a change, you accept the new terms.
